You bring up a very good point Linda. A large, unleashed dog and small children is not a good situation. It should be noted that Oneida County has a deer predation law requiring dogs off of an owner's property to be leashed from Dec. through April 15th.

I agree with those points, and unfortunately, it is those irresponsible dog owners that ruin it for those of us that are responsible dog owners.
